As a Senior Marketing Specialist – Social Media at IGW, you will take a leadership role in developing and implementing our social media strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive measurable results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives. Identify key target audience segments, platforms, and content themes to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling and high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Curate relevant industry content and leverage user-generated content to foster a sense of community and increase brand loyalty.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan, implement, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Utilize targeting capabilities, ad formats, and retargeting strategies to effectively reach our target audience and achieve campaign goals.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify growth opportunities, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with relevant influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners. Leverage their reach and influence to expand our brand’s online presence and drive engagement.
- Community Management: Foster a positive and engaged online community by actively monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Cultivate relationships with followers, encourage user-generated content, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
